Applications levels (like Windows Vista and later)

Windows since Vista has been able to control the audio volume of individual applications. For example, I appreciate being able to mute individual applications with the Windows Volume Mixer. How about adding that Windows functionality to Audio Control? I think it would be great if the feature were enhanced with Audio Control's ability to reduce screen real-estate (e.g. select which application levels are displayed in the window).
